The order confirmation email will be sent out as soon as the payment has been processed

All orders processed within two working days

All pedals are hand-built and ‘made to order’ so maximum delivery time is two weeks, depending on the availability of parts

You will receive an email when the item has been shipped

Free delivery on all UK orders over £100

Return & Exchange

If you need a refund, please contact us before shipping to obtain a ‘return number'

For a total refund of purchase price please return the items within 14 days of receipt of order

To obtain this refund please send the items back in original packaging with all accessories

The items must be undamaged i.e no sign of damage or modification (like velcro)

Refunds will only be given to the original purchase account

As the pedal is worth over £100 we recommend that you track your return or take out shipping insurance

If you are dissatisfied with the item, please return it for a refund. Please note, shipping costs are not refundable

What if the item is faulty? If there is a problem with the pedal, within 12 months of purchase, please contact info@pedalborn.com
